The short version

Choose a topic below to read the full policy.

  • How your information is used

Information supports your account, services, billing, support, and security. Customer-controlled content is processed to provide the contracted services.

  • Your SMS choices

Providing a phone number does not enroll you in marketing texts. Consent is a separate choice, tied to its sender and purpose.

  • Make a privacy request

Email support@clarityconnect.ai for requests about your information. Available rights depend on applicable law and identity verification; contact the business first for information it controls.

  • 14 days to request an export

After paid access ends, request an export of your customer content within 14 days. The window does not extend paid access; legal and security retention exceptions may apply.

01Who this policy covers

Happy Dog CRM, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates Clarity Connect and Clarity Sites. This Privacy Policy explains our practices for information collected through our websites, account services, support channels, communications, and software.

When a business customer uploads contact records, builds a website, or communicates with its audience using our services, that customer determines the purpose of that activity. Its privacy notice applies to its relationship with those individuals. We process that customer-controlled information to provide the contracted services, subject to the applicable agreement and instructions.

02Information we collect

  • Account and business details: name, business name, contact details, account settings, and information supplied when requesting a service.
  • Billing information: plan, transaction history, billing contact, and payment status. Payment processors handle payment credentials under their own notices.
  • Customer content: website content, uploaded files, contact records, form responses, messages, and other information customers choose to process through the services.
  • Support and communications: requests, correspondence, preferences, consent records, and opt-out requests.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser/device characteristics, request logs, and service-use information necessary to operate and protect the services.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive information through ordinary support messages.

03How information is used

We use information to provide and administer the services; authenticate accounts; process billing; respond to requests; maintain websites and integrations; troubleshoot problems; prevent abuse; enforce agreements; and meet legal obligations.

When you enable an integration or AI-assisted feature, information needed for that feature may be processed by the relevant provider. Only connect data you are authorized to provide. Provider terms and data practices vary by feature; contact us before submitting sensitive information.

Where permitted and consistent with your preferences, we may send product or marketing communications. Service notices and billing messages may still be necessary even when marketing is declined. SMS marketing requires the separate consent described below.

We do not use customer-controlled content for unrelated purposes merely because it is hosted or processed by our software.

04Sharing & service providers

Information may be disclosed to providers performing services for us, such as hosting, communications delivery, payment processing, technical support, and security. Their access is limited to the purpose for which they are engaged and governed by appropriate contractual protections.

We may also disclose information at your direction, to comply with valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or as part of a lawful business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell customer contact lists or provide them to other businesses to market their own products. Our use of analytics and advertising technologies is described below; advertising-related disclosures may be considered “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy laws even without payment.

Customer-published websites and content are visible to the audiences selected by the customer. Publishing a page is different from keeping a file or account record private.

05Mobile information & SMS consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in records and consent are excluded from other information-sharing categories, including business transfers, and are not disclosed to third parties for their own use. Limited disclosure to service providers that deliver messages or support the messaging program is permitted solely for those operational purposes.

Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. Where offered, enrollment requires a separate, clear choice identifying the sender and message purpose. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may reply STOP or 1 to opt out of Clarity Connect SMS messages or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies by the program described at opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. See the Messaging terms for additional details.

Customers operating their own messaging programs are responsible for their own lawful consent, disclosures, and suppression records. Using Clarity Connect does not transfer a person’s consent to another sender.

06Cookies & similar technologies

Cookies and comparable technologies support sign-in, preferences, security, and service operation. We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel on our marketing properties to understand website activity, measure campaigns, and support advertising. Where enabled, these tools may receive device identifiers, IP addresses, pages visited, and interaction data. Analytics and advertising technologies are subject to consent or opt-out requirements under applicable law.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in or other requested functionality. A browser setting alone may not control all technologies.

07Retention & security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the services, the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate security needs. Retention depends on the type of information, the customer relationship, and applicable requirements.

After paid access ends, customers have 14 days to request an export of their customer content by contacting support@clarityconnect.ai. After that window, customer content is subject to deletion, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security or resolving disputes. The export window does not extend paid service access. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified under the applicable retention process. Backup cycles and legally required records may outlast active account access.

We use appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system or transmission method is completely secure; this policy is not a guarantee against every incident.

08Your choices & privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification of identity.

Submit requests through our support channel or the support@clarityconnect.ai. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We do not retaliate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.

If your information is controlled by one of our business customers, contact that business first. We can assist it with requests in accordance with our agreement.

09Additional privacy information

Children: our business services are intended for adults, not children under 13. Do not knowingly submit children’s information without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was collected improperly.

Service area: we offer our services to businesses in the United States. Our service providers may process information in countries different from yours. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, those requirements apply to our processing.

Changes: we may update this policy to reflect changes in services or practices. The updated policy will be made available on this page. Material changes will receive any notice or consent required by law.
